She helped us price our home at the right level so we sold it in just two days. Yes, we were lucky to find the right buyers so fast, but Helen did the legwork to market our home to other realtors in a down market. We got the offer at nearly full price and the whole close process went through smoothly. There were opportunities for delays because we needed a 90 day leaseback until our new home would be ready, but Helen managed expectations from the start so everything went smoorthly through the close. In summary, after buying and selling ten homes over the past twenty years, this was the absolute best experience, start to finish, primarily due to Helen's help.

As our efforts unfolded, she continued to provide or research timely and valuable information. This extended to drawing up offers on two separate lots, helping me through the process of rejecting one lot and recovering my earnest money and working through due diligence on the land I eventually purchased.
